Vapes are becoming popular in this society these days, but they are dangerous and life threatening. Not too long ago a teenager died due to vaping. We know this is a problem at Treynor highschool because the other day Gabriel McCain and Carson Burhenne put up signs that stated how bad vaping is. The signs were ripped down the next day. We are very disappointed in the students that committed these crimes. We have been working on this problem for a couple years now. Hopefully kids will realize how bad vapes are.

The website Child Mind states that 2.1 million middle and high school students were vapers in 2017. Schools have cut down on this behavior such as putting detectors in the bathroom that alarms with a loud siren when smoke hits it. Also principals have called the authorities, so they can figure out how to deal with the situation. Juul is one of the most popular devices used around schools that look like a flash drive that is charged with a USB port. Child Mind says one juul pod is equivalent to a pack of smokes.

In conclusion, vaping is very bad for you and can destroy your life. Vapes are injuring teenagers and getting them in trouble with the authorities. You can always talk to a trusted adult if you have an addiction to vaping or nicotine. I hope in the future we overcome this problem with vaping around all schools.
